HMF RZR Turbo Slip-On Exhaust
The Polaris RZR XP Turbo EPS is available as a Dual Slip-On System in the Performance and Titan Series. Both the Performance and Titan picked up 5.5 horsepower and 3lb. of torque. The Dual Slip-On retains the original turbo and down pipe heat shields. At idle, the stock muffler and Titan-QS measure at 84dB, while the Performance is at 87dB.
Gen 4 Tuner
The Gen 4 Optimizer is the AFR+ Fuel Controller that combines an EFI controller with a wideband O2 sensor and AFR gauge to provide a user instant fuel trimming ability and feedback about their vehicle's state of tune. The AFR gauge allows you to know exactly how well your tune-up is performing at all times.
Kit Includes: AFR Guage, Wideband controller, and Bosch O2 Sensor (Yamaha YXZ1000R includes AIS Block Off)
ECU Flash
The HMF ECU Flash for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo completely transforms the capabilities of this machine. Designed specifically with HMF Exhaust Systems, the HMF ECU Flash erases the machine's manufacturer presets and replaces it with a new Engine Control Map (ECM), and is available with a Stock ECU Unit or New ECU Unit.
Polaris RZR XP Turbo Tune:
- Minimum 93 Octane fuel required
- Boost: 14-15 PSI
- Fans: On at 185 degrees
- Rev Limit: 9000 RPMS
- Speed Limit H: 95 MPH
- Speed Limit L: 50 MPH
- Linear throttle control
- Torque limiting function reduced
- 25 wheel HP gain as tested with HMF Dual Slip-On Exhaust
Stock ECU Units will be flashed by HMF with the updated ECM. We will contact you with shipping instructions upon order.

- Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable
- Special ordered & custom items are non-returnable
- All return expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the incorrect part was shipped in error
- Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received
- A restock fee may be applicable depending on the situation/manufacturer
- RE-STOCK FEES below are the MINIMUM manufacturer charges deducted from your refund
- The Original shipping cost will be applied to any returned order that received free shipping when the order was placed
- All items must be returned in new/undamaged/uninstalled condition in original packaging
- All returns must be inspected by our team before a refund/exchange will be processed
- Returned items that do not meet these requirements may be denied a refund/exchange

It is ultimately the customers responsibility to check fitment on all products they are ordering to make sure it will fit their vehicle. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (24 to 48 hours).
