It doesn’t matter how hard you go with your Maverick, our tie rod kit has knuckle to knuckle strength that’s built for whatever bumps and ruts slow you down.
Swaged Tubes are Stronger
We make our tie rods with swaged 4142 chromoly steel alloy to make this kit as strong as possible. The swaged design prevents bending or shearing much better than standard straight rods. That means you can work, ride, or play with confidence in your machine. Those bumps, boulders, and ditches won’t slow you down. Our kit is built to match the tank-link strength of your Maverick Sport. Spend more time behind the wheel of your UTV and less time in the garage worrying about your parts.

UTV Direct Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
- Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
- Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
- Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
- The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
- Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.

Refund timing may vary. You should generally expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although many refunds are completed more quickly. This time period includes return transit time, inspection/processing time, and bank/payment processing time.
