The Rhino 2.0 Formula
We made Rhino 2.0 axles the strongest and longest lasting axles we could by focusing on 3 things: design, materials, and heat treatment. We made the shaft, CV, spider, and cage as large as possible giving it increased strength and 40°+ CV angles without binding. We used 4340 chromoly steel throughout for it’s strength and fatigue life properties. Finally, we formulated our own perfect heat treat process to increase strength and longevity further. Rhino 2.0 is strong, very strong. When they’re on your Maverick, they might just be the strongest part of your machine.

UTV Direct Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
- Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
- Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
- Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
- The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
- Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.
