Factory UTV Can-Am Maverick X3 Max UHMW A-Arm Guards. Factory UTV’s UHMW protection products are the gold standard for UTV protection systems. OEM protection simply does not satisfactorily protect the underside of your UTV under normal off road operation.

The Can Am X3 Max OEM protection falls seriously short in several areas. We’ve addressed the lack of A-Arm protection with our popular UHMW A-Arm Guards. Constructed from ultra tough and slick 3/8 in UHMW, our guards protect your expensive A-arms from abuse. These guards also offer some protection for your CV-Boots which easily get punctured on the trail and ruin a good weekend ride.

UHMW (Ultra-High Molecular Weight) plastic. Significantly lighter than aluminum, FUTV skids and A-Arm guards offer full protection for the undercarriage of your UTV. UHMW is tough, wear resistant plastic that combines an incredibly low coefficient of friction with outstanding impact strength, and will outwear carbon steel 10 to 1. Unlike aluminum, UHMW also has memory, meaning after a big impact hits aluminum will bend ,gouge and break while UHMW maintains it’s original shape.

UTV Direct Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.

Restocking fees: A restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition, situation, or manufacturer. The restocking fees below are the minimum manufacturer charges deducted from your refund when applicable.

Before returning an item: Please submit a return request and wait for return instructions. Do not ship items back without return authorization.

During checkout, we ask for your year, make, and model. UTV Direct is not required to verify fitment on the products selected. It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the products ordered are correct for their vehicle. Fitment information is listed on each product page. If you are unsure, please contact our sales team before placing your order.

Refund timing may vary. You should generally expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although many refunds are completed more quickly. This time period includes return transit time, inspection/processing time, and bank/payment processing time.
