Can Am Maverick XDS Turbo Performance Exhaust

The Can Am Maverick XDS Turbo 1000R is available in Dual Performance Series Slip-On, or Dual Titan Series Slip-Ons. The 3/4 systems adds a 2-into-1 Up-Pipe featuring a high quality stainless steel turbo specific flex joint, solar flux welded joints, and a 1-3/4" merge collector with no catalytic converter, intended for closed-course competition use only.

Standard Core Systems
The Dual Performance series uses the 2-1/8" Performance Series straight cores. These replace the original restrictive mufflers and maximize the exhaust flow for better overall performance. These systems feature the trademark HMF sound with color and end cap options.

Big Core Systems
The larger Big Core Systems feature a 2-1/2" internal core which is larger than our standard 2-1/8" core. It also features a 2-1/2" downpipe that drops exhaust pressure after the turbo, without excessive noise. The downpipe also features an 18mm oxygen sensor bung for easy air-fuel monitoring and/or tuning. The combination of the larger core and downpipe allows the turbo to operate more efficiently creating more power.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.

Restocking fees: A restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition, situation, or manufacturer. The restocking fees below are the minimum manufacturer charges deducted from your refund when applicable.

It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the products ordered are correct for their vehicle. Fitment information is listed on each product page. Refund timing may vary. You should generally expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although many refunds are completed more quickly. This time period includes return transit time, inspection/processing time, and bank/payment processing time.
