The 2024 Polaris RZR XP1000 has an odd setup of clutches with a smooth running secondary paired with the older XP Turbo style clutch. This results in an unoptimized shift curve. Dynojet spent countless hours on the Dyno trying to make our existing components from other kits create a well balanced and swift RZR – but the results were not up to our high standards. We tested all of the other kits out there and knew there was more meat on the bone. Some kits left a tail on the end of the run, others allow the RPM to rise uncontrollably during shift due to an improper center of mass on the weight, none improved the backshift under a quick load, and many more didn’t do anything positive – even letting the belt slip with recommended base settings.
After several iterations, oodles of CNC hours cutting custom prototypes and severe validation testing, we’ve nailed the combination. Just installing this kit nets 7HP over stock, gains adjustability for tire combinations or elevation, and transforms your RZR into the thrill ride it should be. Once installed, you’ll feel the difference the first time you take it out, whether it’s in the dunes, the woods, or just your backyard.

UTV Direct Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
- Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
- Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
- Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
- The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
- Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.

Refund timing may vary. You should generally expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although many refunds are completed more quickly. This time period includes return transit time, inspection/processing time, and bank/payment processing time.
