Why We Make It
The Honda Pioneer 1000 is a monster work horse that’s rolling around on less-than-monster ball joints. SuperATV aims to fix that with their Heavy-Duty Ball Joints for the Honda Pioneer 1000 and 1000-5. We’ve made a ball joint that twice as strong as stock that will let you work hard and play harder for mile after mile.

How do we know our ball joints are monsters? We make them with 4340 chromoly steel that’s been hardened with our proprietary heat treatment then zinc plated for maximum strength, longevity, and durability. We’ve tweaked and tested them in our R&D lab to get them just right.
But who cares? What that means is you don’t have to worry about being light on the throttle when you navigate rough terrain, and your work days will no longer be interrupted by break-downs. They make your Pioneer 1000 more reliable day after day.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
- Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
- Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
- Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
- The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
- Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.

Refund timing may vary. You should generally expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although many refunds are completed more quickly. This time period includes return transit time, inspection/processing time, and bank/payment processing time.
