1/4” polycarbonate is the toughest windshield material you can get, hands down. It’s 250 times stronger than glass and 25 times stronger than acrylic, so it doesn’t flinch when rocks and branches slam into it.
XR Optic Hard Coating
We take our polycarbonate strength and improve it even more with our proprietary XR Optic Hard Coating. This invisible layer is applied to both sides of the windshield to protect it from hazing, scratches, and UV damage. It gives you years of crystal-clear riding.

UTV Direct Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
- Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
- Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
- Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
- The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
- Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.

It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the products ordered are correct for their vehicle. Fitment information is listed on each product page. Refund timing may vary. You should generally expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although many refunds are completed more quickly. This time period includes return transit time, inspection/processing time, and bank/payment processing time.
