You also get more ground clearance, so you’ll be ready for anything thrown your way. Plus, it gives you better articulation and stability at high speeds.

This kit includes everything you need for a smooth, straightforward install. You’ll get A-arms, tie rods, axles, A-arm bushings, and four Rhino 2.0 Axles. All parts are designed to outperform stock components. The only thing you’ll need are your ball joints!
Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods for Maximum Strength
The billet aluminum hex tie rod kit is just as high-end as the rest of the Polaris General 1000 long travel kit. It combines incredible strength with lightweight construction and a sleek design. Plus, heat-treated chromoly tie rod ends reinforce the weakest point of your steering system for added durability.

Preassembly Is Available
We want you to hit the trails as quickly as possible. That’s why we offer to preinstall your ball joints if you purchase them with this kit! It will save you money and time on removing and reinstalling your old, worn ball joints. This means more time on the trail!
NOTE: You must re-use your stock ball joints if you don’t select a pre-installed ball joint at checkout.

Keller Ball Joints
Keller Ball Joints have a two-piece design that eliminates the need for a snap ring. They thread directly onto your A-arms like a nut and bolt, making them nearly impossible to pull out. Plus, they’re greaseable and rebuildable, so you can keep them running smoothly for the long haul.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
- Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
- Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
- Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
- The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
- Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.
