Protect your Ranger XD 1500 fender and body areas from trail debris with aluminum coverage built for off-road riding. This fender set helps shield the vehicle from rocks, mud, sand, and other debris while maintaining full factory dump bed functionality.

Increase debris coverage with formed aluminum panels built to help shield vulnerable body areas during trail use.
Add panel rigidity with formed return edges that also provide a clean finished appearance with the dump bed open or closed.
Maintain factory dump bed function with a two-piece rear fender design that works with the bed through its normal operation.

Each fender is precision laser-cut and CNC-formed from 5052 aluminum. The panels are finished in a durable semi-gloss black powder coat for protection against regular off-road use. Individual panels can be painted, powder coated, or wrapped to match a custom build.

The complete set includes the aluminum fender panels and mounting hardware.

UTV Direct Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.

Restocking fees: A restocking fee may apply depending on the item condition, situation, or manufacturer. The restocking fees below are the minimum manufacturer charges deducted from your refund when applicable.

Before returning an item: Please submit a return request and wait for return instructions. Do not ship items back without return authorization.

During checkout, we ask for your year, make, and model. UTV Direct is not required to verify fitment on the products selected. It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the products ordered are correct for their vehicle. Fitment information is listed on each product page. If you are unsure, please contact our sales team before placing your order.

Refund timing may vary. You should generally expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although many refunds are completed more quickly. This time period includes return transit time, inspection/processing time, and bank/payment processing time.
