If you want to beef up your Polaris Ranger XD 1500 with portals, larger tires, or a lift kit, maintaining a strong frame is a must. SuperATV’s Frame Stiffener is the perfect solution. It reinforces your chassis and A-arm mounts, giving you the extra support you need to tackle rough terrain with confidence.

Building the ultimate XD 1500 with portals, a lift, and bigger tires sounds awesome, but it does come with a downside. All the extra weight puts extra strain on your frame. Luckily, our frame stiffener is a life-saver. It reinforces the chassis and A-arm mounts so you can throw it all on there and still take on tough terrain easily.

UTV Direct Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
- Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
- Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
- Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
- The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
- Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.
