Tough Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Tie rods are made from 7/8” steel tubing with 8” sidewalls for extreme strength. They use a flared-out design to boost strength even more. These Xpedition tie rods are built tough enough to take on anything.
The Better Tie Rod Ends Your Xpedition Needs
The biggest weak spot on any Xpedition’s steering system is the tie rod end. That’s why our hardened steel monoball tie rod ends are beefed up to handle bigger tires and tougher obstacles. They’re made from black-zinc-coated chromoly steel and use huge M14 threads for the strength to get you through any adventure.
Tighter Control and Adjustability
Upgrading your Polaris Xpedition to a better tie rod kit will eliminate shaky steering and poor control. Plus, our kit lets you adjust your toe easily. Just loosen the jam nuts and turn the rods using the knurled surface—no need to disconnect anything.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
- Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
- Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
- Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
- The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
- Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.
