Durable Aluminum Construction
We built these fender guards to offer maximum protection with minimum weight. They’re made with ultralight 1/8” aluminum plating. An eighth of an inch may not sound impressive, but the proof is in their performance. No rocks, logs, or other flying debris will bust through these hardcore fender guards for your Xpedition.
Rust and Corrosion Resistance
You need your fender guards to last. That’s why we treat these with a black powder coating to prevent rust and corrosion. No matter how muddy or nasty the ride gets, our inner fender protection won’t break down, fade, or weaken over time.
Installs Easily and Securely
These fender guards aren’t going anywhere. They mount directly to OEM locations in the wheel well, locking them into place for the long haul. Plus that makes them super easy to install!

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
- Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
- Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
- Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
- The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
- Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.

Refund timing may vary. You should generally expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although many refunds are completed more quickly. This time period includes return transit time, inspection/processing time, and bank/payment processing time.
