Quality built for winter work

Clear driveways, farm lanes and work areas with a KFI plow system built around sturdy materials and serviceable components. The selected blade, Pro 2.0 push tubes and vehicle-specific mount work together as a complete snow-clearing setup for your MULE.

  • A strong backbone: Pro 2.0 push tubes use heavy-duty 1½-inch, 12-gauge square steel tubing and ¼-inch Grade 50 steel pivot bushings.
  • Reinforced blade construction: Pro-S blades use 11-gauge steel. Pro-Poly blades combine a flexible poly face with 3/16-inch Grade 50 steel ribs and frame.
  • A durable finish: KFI bead-blasts the steel components before powder coating to prepare the surface for a lasting finish.
  • Built to maintain: Both blade families feature two-sided Grade 50 steel wear bars secured with Grade 8 bolts, plus fully adjustable skids. Serviceable wear parts help keep the plow working season after season.

The Pro 2.0 push tubes and both KFI blade families are made in the USA.

What comes in the base kit?

  • KFI Pro 2.0 UTV push tubes — 106300
  • A KFI plow mount matched to your selected vehicle
  • Your selected 60-, 66- or 72-inch steel or poly blade

A working winch is required to lift the plow. Use an installed compatible winch or choose a supported KFI Assault 3500/5000 lb package. The selected package includes its matched mounting hardware and any required UTV-WEK extension. OEM-mount configurations do not add or charge a mounting plate. Read wiring, fairlead and line-routing instructions before installation. The plow mount is always included; the vehicle is not included.

Which blade should I choose?

Choose width for your machine, then choose material. Measure the outside of your tires and allow for reduced coverage when the blade is angled. A wider blade is not automatically the right fit for every machine.

  • Steel: 16-inch blade face. The 66- and 72-inch versions include a rubber top flap; the 60-inch version does not.
  • Poly: 21-inch blade face with a rubber top flap and blade markers included in all three sizes. Compare the listed weights: poly does not necessarily mean lighter.
  • Both use a steel wear bar. A poly blade face is not a rubber cutting edge. For gravel, adjust the skid shoes and cutting-edge clearance following KFI’s instructions.
KFI steel blades: 60, 66 or 72 inches wide and 16 inches in blade-face height. KFI poly blades: 60, 66 or 72 inches wide and 21 inches in blade-face height. Flap heights are listed separately below.

Mule 600/610: required winch mount 100575 is included once, whether you use an installed winch or add one. Mule PRO: added-winches include mount 101230 and required UTV-WEK wire extension. PRO-MX and 3000/3010: supported standard winches use the OEM integrated mount; no extra plate is charged.

Lift geometry: If you keep steel cable or synthetic rope installed, KFI recommends a matching pulley for mounts 105875, 105400, 105365 and 105470. Choose a standard steel-cable pulley 106680 or standard synthetic-rope pulley 106745 under optional upgrades. For wide synthetic winches, choose SE-WRF instead. Wide winches are offered only where KFI confirms fitment. Some 4000/TRANS configurations are offered with an existing winch only; call for added-winch confirmation.

Unlisted Mule 3020, 520 and 550 models are not offered. Modified bumpers, lifts, tires, tracks and forward A-arms require fitment confirmation.

Optional upgrades: choose only what you need

  • Heavy-duty plow strap — 811000 (strongly recommended): replace your winch’s synthetic rope or steel cable with this strap during plow season. It provides a durable seasonal lifting setup and helps reduce wear and breakage from the repeated up-and-down motion of plowing. Choose the 811000 strap separately. The KFI 106140 plow strap roller is a recommended optional addition, selected independently below; roller hardware is included.
  • Blade markers: all poly blades include markers; the extra marker kit is offered for steel blades only.
  • Power-angle kit: adjusts the blade angle from inside the cab; a winch still raises and lowers the blade.
  • 1–2-inch push-tube leveling kit — 106322: optional for compatible 106300 square push-tube setups with small lifts or oversized tires. Check KFI’s 12–14-inch mounting-height guidance. Where required by the selected vehicle, it is included automatically and supplied once. Not compatible with Swift-Latch Glacier adapters.
  • Side shields: choose an option matched to your blade material.

Common questions

Do I need to buy another winch?

No, if your installed winch is compatible and suitable for plowing. Or select a supported Assault AM-35, AS-35, AS-50X or AS-50WX package in the builder. Packages are filtered by the selected Mule model. Mule PRO added-winches include 101230 and UTV-WEK; Mule 600/610 already include 100575 once. OEM-mount models do not add a separate mounting plate.

Is the poly blade lighter or safer for my driveway?

Compare the actual blade weights in the size guide; poly is not automatically lighter. Both blade types use a steel wear bar. For gravel or delicate surfaces, the cutting edge, skid adjustment and surface conditions matter. Contact us if you need help choosing the setup.

What size blade should I choose?

Choose a blade that suits your machine’s width, size, weight and power. It should cover both tire tracks at your working angle while keeping the blade weight and snow load manageable for your machine.

As a general blade-sizing guideline, we do not recommend a 72-inch blade for smaller machines such as the Polaris Ranger 500 or Honda Pioneer 500/520. These smaller machines can struggle with the larger blade and the snow it pushes, especially in deep or wet snow. A wider blade is not automatically a better choice.

KFI lists left or right angling up to 25 degrees. Angling the blade reduces the width of the plow path, so the clearing width is less than the blade’s advertised straight-across width. At 25 degrees, a 60-inch blade clears approximately 54.4 inches, a 66-inch blade approximately 59.8 inches, and a 72-inch blade approximately 65.3 inches. These are geometric estimates (blade width × cosine of the angle), not guaranteed clearance measurements. Measure across the outside of your tires and allow enough overlap to keep both tire tracks in the cleared path. Tire size, blade position and vehicle modifications can affect the clearance you need. The standard system uses a release pin to change the angle; the optional power-angle kit moves it from the cab.

Can I remove the plow when I am not using it?

The push tubes attach to the vehicle’s plow mount using hitch pins and retaining clips. Follow KFI’s instructions to support and detach the blade/push-tube assembly and disconnect the lifting line. The vehicle-specific mount can remain installed as directed by its instructions.

What should I check before installation?

Read the selected mount and push-tube instructions first. The Mule PRO 106035 installation may require drilling. Check the winch lifting geometry and cable or rope type, particularly on classic Mule and SX mounts where KFI recommends a pulley. Modified machines require fitment confirmation.

Blade width

KFI’s Pro 2.0 push tubes have three blade positions: straight, 25° left and 25° right. Use this tool to compare widths, then choose your blade in the Plow Builder.
