X24 Tech Is Where It’s At
What makes the RackBoss 2.0 so great? Our X24 Technology. It features a dual-bushing design with PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce movement in the gearset and tension spring. Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our RackBoss 2.0 tie rods are made from ultra-strong swaged tube steel. Each tie rod end is equipped with heavy-duty heim joints and feature 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads, ensuring rock-solid reliability. They’re built to handle even the harshest rides.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be submitted through the UTV Returns Center and are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in new, undamaged, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
- Windshields with the protective covering removed are not returnable.
- Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless UTV Direct shipped the incorrect item in error.
- Exchanges will not be shipped until the return has been received and inspected.
- The original shipping cost may be deducted from any returned order that received free or shared shipping when the order was placed.
- Returned items that do not meet return requirements may be denied a refund or exchange.
