Winch and optional upgrades
A working winch raises and lowers the blade. Keep a compatible installed winch or add a KFI Assault 3500 or 5000 lb winch with the 101735 winch mount. Both 3500 lb packages include the UTV-DRS-K dash switch kit.
The power-angle upgrade lets you turn the blade from the cab. The manual setup requires you to stop and release the angle lock at the plow. Other options include a standalone 811000 plow strap, side shields and the 106322 leveling kit.

What blade width should I choose?Measure across the outside of your tires and compare that measurement with the estimated clearing width in the Plow Angle Visualizer. A blade clears a narrower path when angled.
Do I need a new winch? You can keep a working winch that is compatible with your plow setup. A winch is required for lifting.
Are blade markers included? They come with poly blades. Add them separately for a steel blade if desired.

See how angling the blade narrows the path it clears. Measure across the outside edges of your tires, including wheel offset. The default tire width is 64 inches; enter your actual measurement.
KFI’s Pro 2.0 push tubes have three blade positions: straight, 25° left and 25° right. Use this tool to compare widths, then choose your blade in the Plow Builder.
1.3″ total geometric clearance. Allow for real-world turning and snow conditions.
Estimated clearing width = blade width × cos(working angle). This illustrative top view explains width geometry; it does not establish vehicle fitment or installation clearance. Blade shape, tire size and setup affect actual results.
