KFI snow plow kit for Polaris XPEDITION
Build your winter setup with KFI Pro 2.0 push tubes, an XPEDITION-specific plow mount and your choice of steel or poly blade. Match your year and model in the Plow Builder, then choose your winch setup and optional upgrades.
What comes in the base kit?
- KFI Pro 2.0 push tubes — 106300.
- KFI XPEDITION plow mount — 106615, with installation hardware.
- Your selected 60-, 66- or 72-inch Pro-S steel or Pro-Poly blade. The starting price includes the 60-inch steel blade.
A winch is required to lift the plow. Keep your installed, working winch or replace the factory winch with a KFI Assault AM-35 (3500 lb steel cable), AS-35 (3500 lb synthetic rope), AS-50X (5000 lb standard synthetic rope) or AS-50WX (5000 lb wide synthetic rope). Every replacement package includes the selected winch, XPEDITION winch mount 102150 and Pulse 3-pin harness 101505. Replacement requires removing the OEM winch and installing the KFI wiring and switch according to its instructions; factory winch controls/features are not retained by this package. Installation-specific wiring extensions, if needed, are extra.
Factory winch roller conversion
KFI recommends roller conversion bracket 102265 for the factory XPEDITION winch when plowing. Choose the complete optional conversion package to receive both bracket 102265 and wide synthetic-rope roller fairlead SE-WRF. Installing this conversion disables the Polaris auto-stop fairlead feature. This option retains the factory winch and is for synthetic rope only. It is separate from the Assault replacement packages and is not automatically included in the base kit.

Fitment follows KFI’s specific 106615 and 102150 product charts. Aftermarket bumpers, larger tires, lifts, forward A-arms and tracks require fitment confirmation; additional leveling components may be needed and are not included. Vehicle, winch and roller conversion are included only as specifically stated in your selections.
Choose your blade
Measure the outside width of your tires and allow for reduced clearing width when the blade is angled. A 60-inch blade may not clear your tire tracks. Steel blades have a 16-inch face; poly blades have a 21-inch face. Poly blades include markers. See the builder’s blade comparison and selected-blade PDF before ordering.
Optional upgrades: choose only what you need
- Plow strap: a dedicated lifting strap for repeated plow use.
- Blade markers: help locate the ends of steel blades. Already included with poly blades.
- Power-angle actuator: changes the blade angle from the cab; a winch still raises and lowers it.
- 1–2-inch push-tube leveling kit — 106322: optional for compatible 106300 square push-tube setups with small lifts or oversized tires. Check KFI’s 12–14-inch mounting-height guidance. Where required by the selected vehicle, it is included automatically and supplied once. Not compatible with Swift-Latch Glacier adapters.
- Side shields: choose the version matched to your blade material.
Common questions
Do I need to buy another winch? No, if you have a working, compatible winch installed. The default keeps it. KFI recommends the optional roller conversion for the factory winch; that conversion disables auto-stop. Assault selections replace the original winch and include a matched mount and Pulse harness.
Which blade size should I choose?Check your tire-track width with your installed wheels and tires, and allow for an angled blade. Compare the blade measurements in the builder. Contact us if you need help choosing width or checking modified vehicle clearance.
Can I remove the plow when I am not using it?The front plow mount accepts the Pro 2.0 push-tube system with hitch pins. Follow KFI’s installation and removal instructions.
