Quality built for winter work
Clear driveways, farm lanes and work areas with a KFI plow system built around sturdy materials and serviceable components. The selected blade, Pro 2.0 push tubes and vehicle-specific mount work together as a complete snow-clearing setup for your mid-size Ranger.
- A strong backbone: Pro 2.0 push tubes use heavy-duty 1½-inch, 12-gauge square steel tubing and ¼-inch Grade 50 steel pivot bushings.
- Reinforced blade construction: Pro-S blades use 11-gauge steel. Pro-Poly blades combine a flexible poly face with 3/16-inch Grade 50 steel ribs and frame.
- A durable finish: KFI bead-blasts the steel components before powder coating to prepare the surface for a lasting finish.
- Built to maintain: Both blade families feature two-sided Grade 50 steel wear bars secured with Grade 8 bolts, plus fully adjustable skids. Serviceable wear parts help keep the plow working season after season.
The Pro 2.0 push tubes and both KFI blade families are made in the USA.
What comes in the base kit?
- KFI Pro 2.0 UTV push tubes — 106300
- A KFI plow mount matched to your selected vehicle
- Your selected 60-, 66- or 72-inch steel or poly blade
A working winch is required to lift the plow. Keep a compatible installed winch or add a KFI Assault 3500 or 5000 lb package where the builder confirms fitment. Added packages include the matched winch mount; older Crew 500/570 packages also include required UTV-WEK cable extensions. The 2026–27 Ranger 500 uses its factory mount and is offered with an existing winch only; call to confirm an added-winch package. UTV Direct strongly recommends replacing steel cable or synthetic rope with our 811000 plow strap during plow season to reduce wear from repeated lifting. KFI strap roller 106140 is a separate recommended addition. The vehicle is not included.
Which blade should I choose?
Choose width for your machine, then choose material. Measure the outside of your tires and allow for reduced coverage when the blade is angled. A wider blade is not automatically the right fit for every machine.
- Steel: 16-inch blade face. The 66- and 72-inch versions include a rubber top flap; the 60-inch version does not.
- Poly: 21-inch blade face with a rubber top flap and blade markers included in all three sizes. Compare the listed weights: poly does not necessarily mean lighter.
- Both use a steel wear bar. A poly blade face is not a rubber cutting edge. For gravel, adjust the skid shoes and cutting-edge clearance following KFI’s instructions.
| Blade / SKU | Width | Face height | Height with included flap | Blade weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Steel 60″ · 105060 | 60″ | 16″ | Flap not included | 75 lb |
| Steel 66″ · 105066 | 66″ | 16″ | Approx. 21″ | 81 lb |
| Steel 72″ · 105072 | 72″ | 16″ | Approx. 21″ | 85 lb |
| Poly 60″ · 105860 | 60″ | 21″ | Approx. 27″ | 81 lb |
| Poly 66″ · 105866 | 66″ | 21″ | Approx. 27″ | 82 lb |
| Poly 72″ · 105872 | 72″ | 21″ | Approx. 27″ | 87 lb |
Face height excludes the top flap. Flap heights are approximate and exclude skid shoes and blade markers. Weights are for the blade, not the complete kit. Source: KFI Pro-S steel and KFI Pro-Poly, checked October 24, 2026.

Current replacement for KFI 106400. The listed new mount is supplied, even when an older catalog calls for 106400. Installation requires drilling the bumper as shown in KFI’s instructions; included washers space the mount on the applicable Base/500 bumper.

Earlier Crew models: added-winches for the listed 2011–2013 Crew 500 and 2014–2021 Crew 570 include required UTV-WEK extension cables once. They are part of the winch package, not an extra charge on a kit that uses your existing installed winch.
2026–27 mid-size Ranger 500: KFI lists the OEM winch mount with a 4.25-inch fairlead bolt-up. The builder offers the plow with your suitable existing winch; an aftermarket winch and any conversion hardware need separate fitment confirmation.
Year boundaries matter: the older Ranger 500 is listed for 2011–2013 and 2017–2022 only. SP 570 and Crew SP 570 coverage is 2022–2026. The 2027 Ranger 600/Crew 600 rows cover Base, Premium and NorthStar; Pro XD/Crew Pro XD coverage is 2022–2027. Unlisted years and trims are not offered. KFI’s family chart writes the 2015–2016 ETX as “EXT”; the mount page identifies it as ETX.
Aftermarket bumpers, larger tires, lift kits, forward A-arms and tracks require fitment confirmation. The optional 106322 leveling kit is offered for compatible Pro 2.0 square push tubes; check KFI’s 12–14-inch mounting-height guidance before ordering.

Optional upgrades: choose only what you need
- Heavy-duty plow strap — 811000 (strongly recommended): replace your winch’s synthetic rope or steel cable with this strap during plow season. It provides a durable seasonal lifting setup and helps reduce wear and breakage from the repeated up-and-down motion of plowing. Choose the 811000 strap separately. The KFI 106140 plow strap roller is a recommended optional addition, selected independently below; roller hardware is included.
- Blade markers: all poly blades include markers; the extra marker kit is offered for steel blades only.
- Power-angle kit: adjusts the blade angle from inside the cab; a winch still raises and lowers the blade.
- 1–2-inch push-tube leveling kit — 106322: optional for compatible 106300 square push-tube setups with small lifts or oversized tires. Check KFI’s 12–14-inch mounting-height guidance. Where required by the selected vehicle, it is included automatically and supplied once. Not compatible with Swift-Latch Glacier adapters.
- Side shields: choose an option matched to your blade material.
Common questions
Do I need to buy another winch? No, if your installed winch and mounting hardware are compatible and suitable for plowing. Added Assault packages include their matched KFI mount and, on the listed earlier Crew models, the required wire extension. Added-winches are not offered for the 2026–27 Ranger 500 until its OEM mount/fairlead arrangement is confirmed.
Are blade markers included? All poly blades include markers. The builder offers the extra marker kit for steel blades only.
Does the power-angle kit lift the blade? The optional ACT203/106305/106940 package changes blade angle from the cab. Your winch still raises and lowers the plow. Manual angling requires stopping, leaving the cab and releasing the angle lock.
Which mid-size Ranger models fit?Use the exact year and trim in the builder and open the two mount-family tables above. Shared mount numbers do not extend fitment to unlisted models. Review the selected installation PDFs before ordering.

See how angling the blade narrows the path it clears. Measure across the outside edges of your tires, including wheel offset. The default tire width is 64 inches; enter your actual measurement.
KFI’s Pro 2.0 push tubes have three blade positions: straight, 25° left and 25° right. Use this tool to compare widths, then choose your blade in the Plow Builder.

Estimated clearing width = blade width × cos(working angle). This illustrative top view explains width geometry; it does not establish vehicle fitment or installation clearance. Blade shape, tire size and setup affect actual results.
