KFI snow plow kit for full-size Polaris Ranger

Match your year, Ranger family and trim in the Plow Builder. It selects the mounting package for your vehicle, including required support or leveling parts. Choose a 60-, 66- or 72-inch steel or poly blade, then keep your compatible installed winch or add an Assault winch package.

Full-size Ranger models only. This listing does not cover Mid-Size / SP 570, Pro XD Midsize, Brutus HD, or model years and trims absent from the builder. The Ranger illustration is representative; the vehicle, bumper and winch are not included in the starting kit.

What comes in the base kit?

• KFI Pro 2.0 UTV push tubes — 106300.
• The selected vehicle-matched standard plow mount or Swift-Latch adapter and mounting hardware.
• Your chosen Pro-S steel or Pro-Poly blade. Starting price includes the 60-inch steel blade and a standard mount.
• Required 106322 leveling kit or 101830 winch-support mount where specified by your selected vehicle package. The builder shows the added price and includes these parts automatically.

Choose the mounting system that suits your Ranger

Standard frame mount: pins the push tubes to a mount installed on the vehicle. Check the stock bumper and drilling instructions. It offers compatibility with KFI leveling kits; lifts, larger tires, tracks and forward A-arms still require fitment confirmation.

Swift-Latch Glacier adapter: attaches to Pro 2.0 push tubes and uses the existing factory Glacier bumper bar. It is offered only for listed stock configurations. Measure the actual bar height: 13–15 inches for 106345, or 16–18 inches for 106630. A Swift-Latch adapter cannot be combined with a plow leveling kit. Modified or unlisted setups require confirmation before ordering.

Base Ranger 1000 / Crew 1000: the standard-mount package includes required winch-support mount 101830 even if you keep an installed winch. This package assumes the original stock setup without a dealer-installed Polaris bumper. Call for fitment help if a bumper has been added.

Listed 500/570/700/800, Crew and 6x6 models. Round-tube 570 is distinct from Mid-Size / SP 570. Stock bumper required.

Your winch setup

A working winch is required to lift the plow. The default uses your already-installed, compatible winch. Added-winch choices include Assault AM-35 3500 lb steel cable, AS-35 3500 lb synthetic rope, AS-50X 5000 lb standard synthetic rope and AS-50WX 5000 lb wide synthetic rope only where KFI confirms the mounting package.

Every added-winch package includes its matched winch mount, except mount 101830 is supplied once in the required Base 1000 vehicle package. Listed Crew applications include UTV-WEK wire extensions. Packages using 101830, 102170 or 102180 include Pulse harness 101505. Newer wide-only bumpers include the required narrow fairlead adapter 102160 or wide fairlead spacers 102290 when specified. The 2020 1000 EPS / Crew EPS package offers only the wide winch. Review all selected hardware and installation instructions.

KFI lists OEM-wide mounting or no complete added-winch fitment for certain special editions and newer trims. Those configurations retain the installed winch; contact us for replacement fitment. KFI winches use their own wiring and controls; factory winch features are not promised. Confirm the existing winch's fairlead, rope/cable and auto-stop requirements for plowing. Early Rangers may need front-grille clearance work or a separate optional grille. Unlisted wiring modifications and factory-winch conversions are not included.

Choose your blade

Measure the outside width of your tires and allow for the reduced clearing width when angled. The smallest blade may not clear your tire tracks. Steel blades have a 16-inch face; poly blades have a 21-inch face and include markers. Compare dimensions in the builder before ordering.

Optional upgrades

• Plow strap: dedicated lift strap for repeated plow use.
• Blade markers: optional for steel; already included with poly blades.
• Power-angle actuator: changes blade angle from the cab; a winch still lifts the blade.
• 1–2-inch push-tube leveling kit — 106322: optional for compatible 106300 square push-tube setups with small lifts or oversized tires. Check KFI’s 12–14-inch mounting-height guidance. Where required by the selected vehicle, it is included automatically and supplied once. Not compatible with Swift-Latch Glacier adapters.
• Side shields: choose the version matched to your blade material.

No. Select your year, Ranger family and exact trim or body style. The builder matches the parts and shows the included mount and any required leveling or support hardware.

Do not choose by engine size alone. This listing covers full-size 570 models with the listed round-tube or Pro-Fit body styles. Mid-Size, SP 570 and Pro XD Midsize use a different application chart and are excluded.

Yes, if it is already installed, working and suitable for plowing. Review its fairlead, rope/cable and auto-stop instructions. The default adds no winch. Some Base 1000 applications still require support mount 101830 for the plow, which is included with those vehicle packages.

Choose enough width to clear your tire tracks with the blade angled. Wheel offsets, oversized tires and tracks may change the width and leveling parts required. Contact us for modified setups.
